If you are an Acton resident, are overwhelmed and unsure where to turn, and are under 60, contact the new Acton Community Services Coordinator, Laura Ducharme, at 978-264-9653 or via email at lducharme@acton-ma.gov.

If you are 60 or over, contact Carol Steiner, Council on Aging, at 978-264-9643 or via email at csteiner@acton-ma.gov.

If you are a Boxborough resident, contact Laura Arsenault, Council on Aging Coordinator, at 978-263-1116 x106 or via email at laura.arsenault@town.boxborough.ma.us.


You can also call Massachusetts 2-1-1 or visit www.mass211.org to find assistance for basic human needs, physical and mental health resources, employment support, and support for children, families, senior citizens, and people with disabilities.

Massachusetts 2-1-1 is available 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. It is free and confidential and is staffed by trained counselors. Several Languages are spoken.
